Eleven roads to be built in Ujjain division

A whopping amount of Rs 3655.96 lakh has been sanctioned for construction of 11 roads covering a distance of 64.48 km in Ujjain division.

BHOPAL: A whopping amount of Rs 3655.96 lakh has been sanctioned for construction of 11 roads covering a distance of 64.48 km in Ujjain division.
State public works department’s standing finance committee has given administrative sanction for these works, officials said.
Rupees 1252. 49 lakh will be spent on construction of 25.70 km long five roads in Mandsaur district, Rs 1457.65 lakh on 18.34 km three roads in Ratlam district, Rs.

507.94 lakh on 9.96 km two roads in Neemuch district and Rs. 437.88 lakh on the construction of 10.48 km roads in Ujjain district
In Mandsaur district, 9.50 km Pinda-Gurjar Bardiya via Luhari road will be laid at a cost of Rs. 431.24 lakh, six km Lamgari-Patlawad road at a cost of Rs. 299.96 lakh, four km long Boliya-Kuchrod Road at a cost of Rs 187.05 lakh, 4.20 km Barkhera Dev-Kachriya Dev road at a cost of Rs 228.65 lakh and 2 km Hajar-Sagor Manpur road will be constructed with Rs 105.59 lakh.
In Ratlam district, nine km Sejavda-Bagrod road will be constructed at a cost of Rs 999.55 lakh, 5.70 km Panth-Piploda road at a cost of Rs 270.49 lakh and 3.64 km Kharav Kalan approach road will be laid with Rs 187.61 lakh.
In Neemuch district, 4.42 km Sawan-Bhadva Mata road will be constructed at a cost of Rs. 261.50 lakh and 5.54 km Sarwaniya Maharaj-Akli Mailankheri road at a cost of Rs. 246.44 lakh. In Ujjain district, 10.48 km Nagda-Bhikanpur road will be laid with Rs. 437.88 lakh.
